We had contracted Verticle Technologies to repair one of our Elevators. The quoted price was around $20,000. Verical Tehnolgies ask for about $8000 down payment - which was payed. 2 or 3 months later, Vertical Technologies had one excuse after another on why the Elevator was not being repaired. Upon several calls to Michael Hills, Michael offered to refund the down payment and cancel the job. I agreed to this offer. Vertical Technologies still has not refunded the down payment
