Vertical Tease (Tease Fitness Boutique) offers a variety of group fitness classes ranging from Zumba to Pole Dance Fitness. We rotate our classes every 6 weeks and keep our class sizes small and intimate, so that our clients don’t get lost in the crowd, and have the opportunity to actually connect with their instructors. We offer pay as you go options, in addition to class packages which can be purchased to offer greater savings to our clients so that you can come as often or as little as you like!

My 4 girlfriends and I had a BALL today! The 2 teachers were awesome and very patient with us since we didn't know what we were doing! I would definitely recommend this place for a bachelorette outing, which was what we did, or for a fun girls night out!
