I moved out two months ago 1. I was being charged for lawn care which nobody ever came and when they do come it was the most half ass job ever 75 month 2. Let me tell you there repairs on the rentals houses are a joke. The carpet is so thin we asked for the carpet edges to have boards put on they decided to nail all the carpet nails down and nothing is holding down the carpets now so its all frayed. The fence is rotting and has large gaps and the neighbors next door have 3 pit bulls so I asked to repair/replace the fence amd they did a hack job placing boards side ways and placing plywood snd saying there job is complete and I would be safe now. As an apartment locator, I placed a client at Arise Riverside (owned by Vertical) in 2024 while working with my previous broker and I am still waiting on the commission owed for that lease. Despite providing all required documentation, including lease verification, this payment has still not been made. The first property we visited in Atlanta was to small but instead of just moving past us they referred us to several other homes in the area they manage that met our criteria and budget. They suck. They'll work with the landlord to give you a fake 7 day notice. Don't ever reach out to see what's going on don't ever call or email back. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
