Good and transparent service for home owners
These guys act like slumlords. They illegally shut of the heat in our building 2 weeks early and refused to turn it back on. They have no regard for local and state laws.
Clueless, rude and unhelpful. I was told repeatedly that the person I am TRYING TO REACH doesnt work there. I just received an email from the SAME person MINUTES AGO TO DISCUSS MY ACCOUNT. Additionally, THE CLUELESS REP told ME I had the wrong number. Not surprisingly, the rep was not able to help out with a basic question about the status of my account, LIED repeatedly that there is NO ONE ELSE WHO CAN HELP. Unfortunately, VERTICAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GETS paid for awful customer serivce
