In July we refinanced our home, lowered our rate, and saved several hundred dollars on our monthly mortgage payment. In addition to lowering our payment we were able to use some of our equity to payoff some longstanding bills. 4 months later after our home value increased and our credit improved Ryan called me with another opportunity to refinance at an even lower rate.. Ryan,Robert, and Mindi did a superb job at not only helping find the right loan but saved me over 400 dollars a month in doing it ,by helping me consolidate some debt, and got me a lower interest rate then I currently had! Almost at closing now and every step Vertical Lending has been great! Huge shout out to Ryan Nolan and Philip Holdaway, no matter what time I emailed or text I got a response back right away and they made sure all of my questions were answered. Definitely has made the whole process a lot more bearable. Would recommend them for anyone out there ready to start the journey of purchasing a new home!
This company is awful! Probably the most unprofessional finance company I’ve ever been involved with. I have tried to reach multiple staff members of their company on numerous occasions over the span of two months and can’t seem to get any details on the status of my application. When you do get a hold of someone they tell you they need to check with someone else. They have taken the processing fee and after that nothing has happened. I would stay away if I were any potential customer.
