I contacted Jeff Ray about adding a chair lift. He was helpful and seemed knowledgeable. We scheduled an appointment. He cancelled. Rescheduled. He cancelled. Rescheduled. He cancelled. Had excuses each time. I wasn’t happy and told him so. Words were exchanged. Hung up. Cooled down left a message a few days later. He never called me back. Not professional. Not reliable!
Jeff installed our elevator several years ago and has been on task to do any maintenance and safety checks when they are needed.. he always gets back with me if i leave a message about a question that i may have.. He is very knowledgeable and polite.. i wouldnt hesitate to Use him again... hes very upfront with the cost..
Jeff Roy has taken my deposit of over $9,000.00 for a dumbwaiter and for more than one year has not fulfilled his contract or even ordered the materials. This company is completely dishonest and I absolutely would NOT work with them
