He took a very thoughtful and thorough approach to the work, he was very attentive to the ideas we had for the room, committed to doing quality work, and he was very accountable for the work he agreed to do. We also appreciated him keeping us well informed proactively as to the work schedule and supervising the various teams that he engaged for the project.
