I waited four days from date of calling for service to date of expected appointment and they no showed. I had to call them twice to get an update and their response was sorry, our dispatch didn't work right so we can't see you for another week. No offer to create any solution.

We had an awesome experience with vertical! They came out to replace our AC and did everything in a super timely and professional manner. The technician was incredibly friendly, respectful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. After the job was done, he took the time to walk us through everything that was completed and made sure we understood how to use the new system and had a really meaningful story on how the business was started. Corey and Vertical Heating&Cooling are simply unbelievable! One of our two water heaters was flooding into the crawl space along with flooding from a water line. The two were not related but created a giant mess. Corey responded right away. Reorganized his schedule for our emergency! Corey not only replaced the ruined duct, but called a water restoration company for us. Repiped and Installed a tankless heater, and did a maintenance check on our HVAC. When nobody would respond to our emergency, they were here within two hours... read more
