The prices were a lot more than I was thinking. Because of how far I am, I would be spending the almost double the cost. If it was closer, I would think about it. I'm also very tight. The practice class was very difficult for me. I was bruised for 4 days after as well. Now something that's for me until I can become more mobile. I'm too overweight with no strength. But they super nice there.
Vertica has been my favorite fitness studio for over two years. Pole fitness is a form of calisthenics and provides a full body workout experience! Come check out the FREE 101 Intro class! I definitely recommend taking their first class and learning about everything you can do at Vertica. Nicole, the owner, is always welcoming and encouraging, and she’s also available to answer any questions you may have about the classes. The app is super easy to use as well. I recommend trying a class with each instructor so you can find who best matches your learning style and teaching dynamic. Some instructors are more direct with their redirecting than others, but they are all incredibly talented and great at what they do... read more
Such a warm, welcoming group of people in every class! The instructors are amazing, inspiring, and beautifully athletic while still being patient and helpful. I love this place😊
