I honestly thought this company was amazing until money became involved. That’s when I realized they seem to care more about getting paid than actually listening to their customers. I asked multiple times to cancel my membership, and every time, I was told I needed cancellation paperwork—but they never sent it to me. Fitmax classes were my favorite and the classes have been significantly cut. For the price im paying a month its not worth the membership. I'd do a drop in though for the class. I'll be switching likely to Rise4 or burn boot camp.
