Found very rare cable fiber optic cable here. The cable was available online and I needed it same day. Called Mark and he quickly went through his inventory and told me he has one. I also ended up getting a very good deal on refurbished monitor. 24 inch monitor for $40. He also has lots of good deal on computer servers and other computer parts. Highly recommended.

Bought a ups that is having issues from day 1. Mark won't return calls or emails. Update: Mark has reached out to me and is working to resolve the issues. I would like to thank him for addressing my concerns head on and can attest to others that when there is an issue, Mark and Vertex will work to resolve them promptly.

Have purchased servers, adapters, ram and those odds and ends you need for a server farm from Vertex on several occasions. Have always received top-notch refurbs, good advice, and excellent customer service. Excellent pricing as well. Cannot recommend them enough for whatever you need in the IT space.

Had an excellent experience with Vertex. Their hardware is excellent and better priced then anything I could get from eBay or online competitors. Marc and Tara were completely honest and transparent on everything they sold and I would trust any product or advice they gave me.

Edit: Bumping down to 4 stars since three emails over the last few months have been unanswered. I used to go here first for everything I needed, now without any response I'm looking on ebay or amazon. Not sure if they don't support homelab people or not anymore so YMMV. Awesome team who can help with homelab issues and source hard to find parts. Competitive prices and lots of stock. Thank you for the hardware! Definitely shoot them an email and see if they have what you need.
