Experienced a professional service Last month when my PTZ camera was not working properly and it's tilt function was not working in a smooth way. one of my friend recommended me Vertex Security and so I called them. They arrived very quickly and solved all issues in just 45 minutes at very fair rates. All their technicians are highly skilled and experienced enough to handle that problem very easily. quite impressive
Bad Work Horrible. Don't do a service call. They are way over priced. Go to your local hardware store, bring the old lock, and purchase a new one. It will save you a lot of money.
Affordable Security Services Last week my CCTV was not working properly. I started searching a good technician for repairing. I also discussed that my friend (Rob) about this situation and he suggested me for Vertex Security for this job. I was not confident about these guys but when I saw their planned working procedure, I realized that they are skilled and trained professionals. Also their repairing charges are reasonable and highly affordable to me. Thanks to Vertex Security and Rob.
Bad Service I can not find this locksmith listed in the New JerseyState list of licensed locksmiths. I searched by name, city, street name and phone number; all with no results. This comment is provided so you can make your own conclusion. Always ask for the technician's DCJS photo ID and record the ID number that starts 99-.
Bad Service Took way too long to copy one key Went to Baldinos to make a copy of my car key to give to my girlfriend. It took the employee almost 20 minutes to cut the key. I tested the key when I returned to my car and it wouldn't unlock my vehicle. I went back inside and took the employee another 10 minutes to copy a replacement. I won't return there if I need keys or locks in the future!
Bad Customer Service What kind of business are you guys running over there? This guy showed up late and over charged me just to pop a lock it took him 2 seconds.

Well done I was commissioning various security system task to Vertex Security for my office from last three years and they never disappointed me.
