Vertex was extremely professional from Andrew’s initial survey/ estimate to site manager Brandon’s installation. Materials are of the highest quality for insurance coverage and policy premium deductions. If you’re upgrading to steel , be sure to include Vertex in your bids

Skylight leaked within two years of installation of roof. Branden jerked me around all summer and kept talking to the mysterious entities "the boss" at "the office" before telling me that he was going to charge me for repairing the subpar skylight and basically that the leak was the result of age even though it leaked right away. Obviously he and his "boss" don't guarantee anything but a scam job.
The quality and attention to detail demonstrated during the installation of a new metal roof on our home was outstanding. While the team members were all solid, the crew leader was top notch - both as a leader and as a hands-on installation expert. The crew cleaned up the work area after each day's work, responded to our questions in a manner that instilled confidence, and they even were concerned about our landscape plants during tear-off and installation!
