Yesterday Dea, , from vertex roofing came and gave me an estimate to replace my tile roof. I have had three or four bids and hers was the most thorough and enlightening Without walking in my roof, in 100 degree sun, she took her ladder to every side of my home and took pictures. She also went to look at the underside of my attic and took pictures. She told me what the original roofers did correctly as well as where my Vulnerabilities were in my current roof. Skylight leaked within two years of installation of roof. Branden jerked me around all summer and kept talking to the mysterious entities "the boss" at "the office" before telling me that he was going to charge me for repairing the subpar skylight and basically that the leak was the result of age even though it leaked right away. Obviously he and his "boss" don't guarantee anything but a scam job.
The quality and attention to detail demonstrated during the installation of a new metal roof on our home was outstanding. While the team members were all solid, the crew leader was top notch - both as a leader and as a hands-on installation expert. The crew cleaned up the work area after each day's work, responded to our questions in a manner that instilled confidence, and they even were concerned about our landscape plants during tear-off and installation!
