Until our gutters were removed and our house was not protected from any upcoming storms. Well when that storm came our basement flooded. We were then told that they were not responsible for any damages done to our house. We had to replace the drywall in said room and the floor throughout our entire basement. The guys at Vertex Restoration did an amazing job on our house. They were able to accompany our insurance company for a walk-thru of the property in order to ensure that we got everything covered that we needed. The laborers were very skilled and detailed in their work and always accommodated our requests. Afterwards, Vertex kept in contact with us during storms that followed the completion of the project just to make sure everything was okay.
