Lived at Vertex for about a year. Awesome location and the view from the roof deck is beautiful! Well-managed, and maintenance staff was responsive. Recommended!
I really loved living in this building. Amazing views of the olympics! Staff is attentive as well.
I lived here for about four years. It's conveniently near the light rail station a block away, and it's a pretty quick drive to I-5 on-ramps. The neighborhood has grocery stores, gyms, parks, and plenty of food & drink options all in short walking distances. I also often took nice walks north towards the UW Arboretum, east to Madrona Beach, and west to Pike Place Market/downtown. Living at Vertex Off Broadway has been really solid. The location is super convenient, close to everything but still feels comfortable and low-key. The maintenance team is honestly the highlight. They’re quick, friendly, and actually fix things instead of just patching them. It makes a big difference knowing issues get handled without hassle. The building is clean, well cared for, and easy to live in. Overall, a great spot and an easy five stars.
I am very happy living here. The owners are very kind and have helped with any issues that have arisen. The maintenance team, especially their new hire Arkadiy (I think it is I could be spelling the name wrong) is very knowledgeable and quick to fix problems. I have enjoyed living here for a while and plan to continue to do so.
