Their communication is terrible. Not sure if they are understaffed or something but every email or maintenance request takes forever to get back to me. Very frustrating
It's not safe to live here. I've been at Vertex for 2 years and I've experienced a number of incidents - and building management have done nothing to address. Car windows in the garage were smashed and items were stolen on 3 occasions - sometimes twice in 48hrs. Bikes were stolen from inside the bike shed. Strangers were found roaming the building and knocking on people's doors. A homeless person was found living for a week in the stairwell. The views are amazing and although it well located in Capitol Hill, it seems to be in a quiet location. Although we decided to live in another neighborhood, Taylor Parson, the resident manager, was super helpful and flexible to us. I'm very grateful for the Vertex team.
