While he wasn’t able to fix the issue today, Jorge is looking into ordering parts and estimating costs for repair. He arrived on time and was very knowledgable about the Mitsubishi mini-split, so we look forward to having him do the work. Thank you for the quick appointment too!
Was surprised when I could speak to a tech at 8:30 on a Friday night. He tried to help diagnose it over the phone, but I did everything he suggested and still no AC. He showed up on time Saturday morning and found the problem (a clogged drain) within a few minutes. Spent about 40 minutes cleaning it out and moving a spliced line inside the outside unit.
