I am writing this review to warn anyone considering HVAC Cowboys. About a year ago, I paid a premium for what I thought was quality service. Since then, it’s been nothing but problems. Recently, their technician falsely blamed my windows for the cooling issues, all while adjusting my thermostat to mirror the outdoor temperature to mask their system’s failure. I had a good experience with the company at first. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable, the installation of the heat pump last June seemed to go well, and they were responsive to my texts. Since then, it’s been a completely different picture. The heat pump stopped working during the cold snap, when my 10 year old unit held up. I found out there wasn’t enough refrigerant in it.
