Incredible response and professionalism. I am fortunate to have one of their professionals, Jordan, in my neighborhood. I’d seen his HVAC Cowboys van in front of his house and decided to take a chance and knock on his door when we realized our AC had gone out and the temp in our house was rising quickly. I don’t normally leave reviews for good service because of review fatigue, but the company and Phil in particular were great from start to finish. Got the dreaded realization that the AC wasn’t cooling adequately and realizing I would have to call someone. Other namebrand hvac companies in Austin literally quoted me $80K once to replace the whole system after a minor issue a couple years ago. Anyway, same day, $450 dollars later, and no upsells, my ac is cranking again. 5 stars.
Breeden was super helpful to my mom, Kathy! Another company came out twice to come out and “repair” her ac system but it continually failed. Breeden was referred by a neighbor. Not only did he came out quickly and fix the problem immediately, he was also kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything to my mother. Not only is he a committed and talented technician, he’s a kind-hearted person. So grateful for Brenden at Cowboy HVAC- best in Cedar Park!
