We recently turned our 380 sqft garage into a spacious 499 sqft accessory dwelling unit right here in Manhattan Beach. The whole process, from planning the blueprints to finishing the construction, took about six months. The cost was a bit higher compared to a previous estimate from an unlicensed worker, but we felt much more confident working with Tracy and the crew.
