I was disappointed with the overall experience. It took nearly four weeks to provide a brief clinical summary (billed as a separate charge). Despite the extended delay, there were no qualms about requiring immediate payment for the document at the time of ordering. Additionally, the therapist was consistently late to appointments, which suggested a lack of respect for patients’ time and care. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this provider.
