The staff were very good at consulting. I believe in the way Vortex employees take good care of me. The construction is well done.
You guys did my moms roofing and siding 5 years ago. We started noticing water was coming down behind the siding. I called another company for an estimate to fix the problem. There is major damage behind the siding. The insulation is soaked due to all the rain, the siding wasn't tucked under the gutters and there wasn't a J Channel on the bottom of the siding, There's also an issue with the roof that allows the water to come down the side of the house to begin with. This company is a scam and extremely shady. They do a horrible job and charge your insurance double what it really costs. Their work is not up to code and will leave your home worse than how it was before. Please save yourself and do not do business with them
