Be prepared to get woken up by leaf blowing that goes on for 2 hours at least 2 days out of the school week. They start early in the morning and it takes them forever to finish. The best part is that the vertex property is 90% cement and rocks, and especially no leaves. So there is absolutely no need to be leaf blowing for at least 2 hours at 7am. It’s like they want to give their residents a shitty experience.
The facility is clean and well upgraded. Overall a very nice place that's well priced. The major glaring issue Vertex is their maintenance. Not only is the A/C always going out but whenever you have an issue, it takes them days to respond. When my refrigerator went out, I submitted my request at 9 am and had to call around 2 in the afternoon to be told that maintenance was aware and would be there by 4. Washer broke within a week, had to wait 2 weeks to be fixed, lights broken in stairway, smoke detector issues, dryer barely works, elevator was broken for a week. Seems like theres a new issue every week and im paying 1100 for this place.
Actually really like the people who work here so I’ll keep the review brief and the rating where it is Monthly parking charges? just raise the rent, i get that the company built it and bought the land but Im already paying rent. Also got towed by ACT despite giving my make and my model and dealing with the “government employee” types is never a good experience. Had to pay another 120$ for that.
