Disappointed. Been living here for over a year and never had an issue or any issues with guest parking especially because it’s simple. You check them in as soon as you arrive. However in a span of 2 weeks two of my guests get wrongfully towed. The first time I was able to retrieve the car and not pay because I literally put in all the correct information. The only thing right about this place is its location from campus and the maintenance guys who are really nice and helpful. Other than that I have had a very difficult time with their management team. Their team lacks clear communication which has caused so many problems with our living experience. We have had issues with bills, apartment maintenance, AC issues, etc. Additionally, their gym and common lounge areas lack hygiene.
