I had my first eye exam experience with Dr. Vertefeuille. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful from booking my appointment to checking out. The doctor was kind and efficient. I will be back and would recommend to others.
Firstly, Dr. Vertefeuille is the best optometrist I've seen. She's very friendly and thorough. Secondly, I've had MANY interactions with Kelly & Jen and have NEVER been treated rudely by either - quite the opposite actually. I don't understand the negative reviews regarding the receptionist, she's always been friendly & professional with me; I've heard her on the phone and in-person with other customers while I wait for my appointment(s), and have not once heard or observed her being mean or rude.
