Versus car audio suck. If they ive you a bad prduct you gotta lise money over it. Got a car start and it is defective. They wanna charge me labor after many attempts to get it resolved. Go elsewhere. FU versus. Ihope there is a corporate. I hope this post and my faeboik post cost you money.
The manager Arthur is a total asshole and very discourteous and always has been,after 6 years of dealing with them and the 10 guys I've sent up there,we will no longer spend one cent there because of that jerk
Recommendedthe guys at versus did a full stereo, amp and speaker install on my boat this week. i could not have been more impressed with the super clean install and they left my boat better than it was when i dropped it off. awesome.
Versus installed a retrax bed cover, rear TV, sub, and new screen. Everything looks and sounds great!
Installed a stereo for me in my Toyota Tacoma and did a great job.
Great customer service, purchased my stereo equipment with someone else installed it on my own, had a minor issue with the backup camera and the wiring in it. Talked with the guys in the front office, they gave me the info on how to fix it myself but also gave me a price for them to fix it. With the honesty and the helpfulness I made the choice to pay them to take care of the issue! I will be back for future work because of the great service! Thanks guys!!
Very pleased with the install they did on my truck. Sounds clean and plenty of bass, their customer service is top notch very friendly staff. They make you feel as if you’re appreciated and not just another person there for a job. They are happy to help you out and explain your install to you. A+ for sure.
