I have lived here for a few months and have mixed feelings. The property is well kept and clean and the staff are mostly pretty responsive, I also like living in this area. Unfortunately the noise insulation here is not great in my opinion. I hear every single foot step above my head, much louder than in older apartments I have lived in. Great place to live and cool staff ! I love how central the location is to groceries and local restaurants. I experienced no issues while living here.
Communication with management has been very disappointing. I have tried emailing with no response (4/5/26, 4/13/26, 4/24/26), and even visiting the leasing office in person around 3 PM on a Friday, only to find it closed. It is surprising and frustrating that residents have such limited ways to reach management when they need assistance. Basic responsiveness should be expected from an apartment management team.
Update 4/20/2026: As of today I moved out over a month ago, confirmed the address multiple times, and signed up for their deposit returning application, which has been stuck at calculating my deposit refund for over a month now. I have yet to receive my deposit refunded back or an itemized list of damages which is against tenant law ORS 90.300. Verso is awesome. My wife and I are about to renew our lease as we’re 10/10 satisfied! Alex and Chris have always been there to listen and help with any concern that may come up, (which are very far and few between). They are also just genuinely kind people who care about their tenants, which is hard to find these days. And don’t even get me started on the maintenance!
