I have recently been very disappointed by Verso management. I was hoping my issues could be resolved by maintenance and the manager, but since I have not received a response for well over a week after following up multiple times, I feel this review is appropriate. I’m so over this, I created a Google account just to leave a review. I’ve been here for a while now. At first it was great. Everyone is nice, and it’s in a good area. Over the course of this year, things have gone downhill. First off, when residents move in, they are told that they get one parking spot. Do you have more than one car? That’s too bad, gonna have to park on the street. Should be easy right? WRONG! I've only been living here for less than a week, and managed to lock myself out of my apartment the first time I took out my trash/carboard. I got incredibly lucky and bumped into Kevin down in the lobby and he helped me back in within minutes. I've never lived somewhere with staff this friendly. Thanks again Kevin!
I have lived here for a few months and have mixed feelings. The property is well kept and clean and the staff are mostly pretty responsive, I also like living in this area. Unfortunately the noise insulation here is not great in my opinion. I hear every single foot step above my head, much louder than in older apartments I have lived in. Great place to live and cool staff ! I love how central the location is to groceries and local restaurants. I experienced no issues while living here.
