I would give this organization a negative rating if I could. They do not have a culture of safety and put patients at risk needlessly. I am a physician who made the mistake of donating blood with this organization. The phlebotomist broke his skin with the needle, then put the needle into my forearm and then claimed that he did not notice. It took this organization 15 days to notify me of this incident.
