Excellent this time! Last week my veins in either arm didn't want to give anything. This week, Nikki at the Highland Avenue facility in Aurora, Illinois, was excellent! No trouble finding a vein, which is hard, since I have skinny veins.
Claudia did an awesome job getting me “Stuck” and keeping me comfortable through my donation! Incredibly friendly staff all around! Disappointed that I haven’t received any information on my $25 e gift card
