Terrible and extremely misleading experience. They advertise a promotion offering two months free, but they do not clearly explain the conditions until after you have paid the application fee. I applied in August and repeatedly told them that I wanted to move in October. They always ask for your desired move-in date, and when I specifically asked about October availability, they confirmed that apartments were available. Honestly, I was about ready to move out not long after I moved in. When I got the unit, a lot of things weren’t ready (they gave me a unit with a broken window, I didn’t have washer/dryer, shower water temperature was cold and took a month for them to fix). I was constantly having issues that needed tending to and it never seemed like they cared enough to meet me halfway.
