First year was awesome! No issues in the apartment. Moved to a bigger unit by the tree line and have had bug issues. The new management team is doing a great job renovating the complex. I hope they fix the treadmills and eventually the cracks in the pool ledge. They are all very nice to talk to and the maintenance team is great.
update: attempted to fix it only for it to go back to 90 degrees the next day. keep bringing it up for them to tell me someone will come by today and fix it. still NOTHING. they painted the walls of the buildings here before they’ll ever replace the AC units. should NOT take two weeks and MORE to fix AC when it’s 91 degrees in here and we’re in heat advisory. this is DANGEROUS. i can’t sleep, irritated, and have animals. ridiculous.
Avoid these apartments! They recently changed the office staff, and the new manager is absolutely terrible. Yesterday, we were enjoying a peaceful time at the pool when she started screaming aggressively just because a young guy had music playing. She looked so furious it seemed like she was about to hit someone — she couldn’t even breathe from how angry she was. It has definitely changed and only just slapped paint up on rotten wood and pathway new tar but same issues management has been aware of the issue tried stating we have new people and switched out the bad apples with the good ol ripe ones but that seems like a trick now problems are continuing with management knowing and just lying to tenants and potential tenants Don’t be fooled they will smile lie and hit you with apologies excuses and more lies stop letting maintenance put bandages on things and hire maintenance people th... read more
I've been here for,almost 5 years but the new management is amazing! Kiara and her staff are working so hard other then the others in the beginning!! Trust me its so nice now!!!
