Unsatisfactory experience regarding accounts receivable. Versatile Title and Escrow has an outstanding balance of $700+ for several title searches delivered between 5 and 9 months ago. Our standard Net 30 terms were clearly stated on all invoices, which were delivered immediately with each title search.
