We moved to the new Bridgewood Apartments in the middle of June and even though the sites around us weren’t completed yet, they made sure ours was complete and the maintenance manager for whom I can’t say enough good things about, Dan, the Maintenance Manager, greeted me in the driveway, showed me around the unit and gave me his card to make sure I had his number and for the emergency numbers as well!! I’ve had a great experience at Lake Park Crossing. The property is beautiful and well taken care of, and any issues that come up are handled quickly. Michelle, the property manager, is friendly, helpful, and always professional. Everyone I’ve talked to at Versatile Management has been easy to work with. The whole team makes living here easy and stress-free.
We worked with Jackie Z. when trying to find a place to rent. She is a true professional and was very accommodating and showed us several different properties when we were touring. She was also super willing to work with us to find a move-in date that worked for everyone. Would highly recommend working with her!
If I could give 0 stars I would have. This place has horrible storage units. First, their office is not open at convenient times. Second, there is barely enough space in front of your storage unit to get things in and out. Good luck getting a car in and out. Third, when you give up your storage unit, they try and make you pay for the entire next month. These people say they care about the customer, but it is all about the money to them. I would avoid this storage unit at all cost. Outrageous!!
