We worked with Jackie Z. when trying to find a place to rent. She is a true professional and was very accommodating and showed us several different properties when we were touring. She was also super willing to work with us to find a move-in date that worked for everyone. Would highly recommend working with her!
If I could give 0 stars I would have. This place has horrible storage units. First, their office is not open at convenient times. Second, there is barely enough space in front of your storage unit to get things in and out. Good luck getting a car in and out. Third, when you give up your storage unit, they try and make you pay for the entire next month. These people say they care about the customer, but it is all about the money to them. I would avoid this storage unit at all cost. Outrageous!!
Do not use this company. Not only did they lie about cleaning carpet on stairs and charged for it, the cleaning they did was not good for tenant moving out. Had another company come and clean after - difference was night and day. As property manager for 16 years,
This management company is very professional. Clean when we moved into our place, always attentive to each work order, prompt in making repairs. Excellent service.
