Do you not trust home advisor. Get a contract lawyer before signing anything. Make sure every single detail and expectation is written down in great detail. Take photos of existing structures prior to commencement because there will be damage and you will need proof if you expect them to fix it. DO NOT give any money in advance!!!! Look up every person involved through martin county courthouse to see if they are licensed as contractors, subcontractors, or handymen. They will misrepresent themselves given the chance.
