Kyle failed to complete my project on time despite being given no less than three extensions on the project. There are numerous holes and misshaped pieces as part of the job. Further, numerous plumbers have had to come to my house due to an improper installation of a shower. Kyle refused to sign a contract and changed his estimate figure after he agreed to $2.50 a square foot. Kyle also swore at me, and made comments about my weight. Kyle did a fantastic and very thorough job remodeling my shower. It's now my favorite room in the house.
Excellent service, fixed a somewhat difficult project with ease. Very respectful of our hone and left the job site clean. I would definitely recommend VersaTILE.
