Horrible place. They say their luxury but there is always work orders than needs to be placed, scorpions seen on a daily basis inside the apartment, leaks and clogs. If this is what they call luxury I don't want it. Angie the manager is just very rude, snotty, and thinks she is better than anyone else. When you bring a problem to her attention, she has sly remarks and does a passive aggressive voice. Will NOT be coming back to stuck up people.
We were robbed, management was only concerned about getting their rent money for the month. They don’t want to “advertise” what happened to us. We have reason to believe it could have been a current tenant. If you live here secure your apartment beyond what they provide and keep your family safe. Also ask about their PII policy I am not happy with the way they handled our info. Former management was pleasant and helpful they are under new management and I found them to be unprofessional and inconsiderate.
I used to live there I loved it! Never had any issues with neighbors. I never had any issues with someone breaking into our vehicle. It was a pleasant experience.
This place is all a fake facade!!! Yeah it looks nice at first... the grills don't work the office is unreachable and when you go to complain about a neighbor that you have not your had for about for six months you get nothing. Constant loud stupid kids with stupid load cars reving their engines because it's cool right?! Not to mention the huge scorpion problem that they could give less about!! All I can say is lesson learned. I could write for days but yeah be an adult right...
