Terrible patient care service. The front desk staff can’t answer simple basic questions about being seen. Very rude and will not be treating my family. Definitely worth the trip to Lexington or Frankfort for decent patient care. I hate this too because having something local you can count on would be nice.
RecommendedExcellent experience for COVID test. Was seen at my scheduled appointment time, clinician was cleaning between each patient. Results were called to me in about 2 hours.

Recommendedthe staff makes there number one priority the patient and the service... the staff is very alert, respectful great manners and is always on top of everything ..... not hold on be right with u like every where else... all four of the ladies are responsible for the rest of the clients and each other..... the providers are on top of it all the number one priority is the patients recommend theirs urgent care to anybody in the local area or even travel for the chance of good service
