Pros: safe, family neighborhood, near everything, very convenient(bank,dispensary,grocery store,clothe store). Even walking distance. Laundry machines to each building (gotta get a card from office). Lady who runs the office is very kind and professional. The neighborhood is well kept. Pet friendly. Privately owned so prices vary so look good. Cons: Sometimes u cant find guest parking.. Overall nice neighbors, can run into some a few bad apples, let the office know, they make sure we all are respectful towards each other. Ga... read more
