Don’t live here. Maintenance of the whole apartment complex is trash. Grass is dead or over grown. Roaches and flys in the apartment and walls. I had a swarm of flies coming in my apartment I don’t know how but I call the office and was told wait 3 to 4 days to see they would continue to come. Need to create a park for bad children that stay over there.
You know what makes me mad is that they never fix versailles gardens north pool and then have the audacity to close the south side pool when we don't have a pool in the north and it's not even broken this time I bet the only reason that they close the pool is because they don't want to clean the pool so they don't let anyone in to avoid it why should my family pay for stuff we can't even use and the north is worse then the south side This place isn't safe December 26 2024 a homicide fire happened in south side then on the no... read more
