Nice quiet area
Just got my full deposit back after staying 3+ years. That has never happened before. But they would still deserve 5 stars, that just gave me the motivation to write the review. No one I met or saw looked sketchy. I had no issues with noise, everything worked, and if something small needed fixed, maintenance was great. They also didn't jack up my rent every year. Would recommend for sure.
Been living here for about a year and dealing with a bug infestation for 8 months. Exterminator company the rental company uses is worthless and for the high rent this shouldn't be a problem. Hundreds of dollars in food was thrown out in January, May and June. When asked about reimbursement or rent reduction to compensate for the ongoing problem, was met with no sympathy and only asked to take down bad review. Lived here for a year, beautiful complex with quiet and friendly neighbors. Pet friendly for any kind of dog which helped me a lot. Rare apartment complex where what you pay feels right for the environment you get, especially with some utilities being included. Great friendly staff, and next day maintenance if needed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and it exceeded all my expectations for an apartment complex, even with buying my home, I can't say I wont miss this place.
