Erika, the owner, is extremely rude and condescending. She often tries to charge extra for even the smallest changes. Unfortunately, her staff seems to follow her lead, and the overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming. Erika tends to overcharge and treats customers as if they’re beneath her. it’s very disappointing and unprofessional.
Product/ service issues and inadequate support: I basically gave this place free money but that’s okay because my boyfriend and I won’t be coming here ever again. Jackie is wonderful and love her. Owner (Erika) very unprofessional, lacks resolution, lacks etiquette, and or empathy.
Sofia did an amazing job with my nails. She followed my inspiration picture as closely as possible. I also wanted an extra sparkle which she was able to accommodate. I definitely recommend this place for a great set of nails! I have been going to them for 8-10 months and they’ve always done an awesome job!
First time coming here and got my acrylic toes done here with Jeiddy. She was very nice & attentive. The place is aesthetically pleasing as well. Easy checkout! Will definitely be coming back.
Very rude interaction. The first experience there a few weeks ago was so good. So I thought that I will make this my nail parlor thereafter. But the next time I went it was a different girl who was busy doing her own nails, without looking at me (a customer), and spoke to me as if they were doing a great favor. The tonality and sarcasm in her voice was unbelievable. She lacked basic etiquette. Of course I will not return there. The tech who did my nails was sweet.
