I had such an amazing time trying on dresses here. It was my first bridal appointment and I had the best time. Natasha was my consultant and she is also the owner, she was so knowledgeable, kind and made the whole appointment comfortable for me and had so much information on all of the dresses she showed me. I ended up finding my dress here both because their great dresses and because of the positive environment I felt here. I cannot say enough about Natasha and her beautiful business. Oh where do I begin! obviously new to the engaged an wedding scenario as most are, but I got engaged in December 2023 and a wedding date of Oct 2024, and of course would be an out of state destination wedding as my now husband and I's family are located out of utah. I went to about 5 different places looking for wedding dresses, and the girls at Versailles were the sweetest and most genuine people I encountered. I found the dress I loved and they helped me customize it to make it more of my own style! They even worked with me over the phone to finalize measurements for my dress. I can honestly say I was sad to pick up my dress because I won't be seeing Natasha and Kassidy again! I will be telling everyone about my wonderful experience with them!!! 10/10
I was so nervous going into my appointment today. I am a plus size bride, so naturally I was scared. I was never going to find anything but Cass and Natasha were absolutely incredible in making me feel beautiful and comfortable and safe. I never felt such support from two complete strangers before. If you are a plus size bride, this is the place to go. I have never felt more comfortable and instantly safe around fashion people.
This is the best bridal shop I have ever been to! Natasha and Kassidy are incredible at their jobs and make the bridal appointment such an amazing time!! They pulled dresses that perfectly matched my style and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful throughout the try-on process. I have been to 7 other shops and none compare to this one.
