I recently visited the Versace store at NorthPark Center and had an outstanding experience thanks to Carla. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive without ever being pushy. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided excellent recommendations while giving me space to browse comfortably. Not sure what the bad reviews are for. The staff was very helpful and friendly and overall I had a great experience. Elvira was especially helpful and was very patient with me as I tried to pick the exact ring I wanted, and I've very happy with what I picked!
