Stopped in here to look at some of the Barroco shirts. Our sale associate Ivan was very attentive, patient, and helpful to answer any questions we had. I felt well accommodated. Although they didn't carry the combination of the size and style for the shirt I wanted, I am really pleased with the customer service received and hope to come back to explore the new options when the Spring/Summer products start to drop. Thank you Ivan and Versace of Fashion Valley for the wonderful shopping experience.
Gustave (Gustavo?) and Nick were so kind to me! I came in just to browse and inquire about a previous gift I had from a friend. They both were so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me--even though I can blabber for hours haha I happened to mention my feet were hurting, from my own shoes, and Gustave offered sole cushions without my asking! Hospitality is the truest form of luxury, that of which this store has :) I will be sure to visit again!
