We have had occasional issues, which is normal. Versability, and Janet Heath in particular, has been very responsive to our needs and any issue was quickly resolved. My ladies have been with Versability many years and love their work.

The time my daughter spent there in high school, was ok. They didn't listen to me when I told them that as punishment for misbehaving in school she had to stuff envelopes. They then put her on stuffing boxes with batteries. (Close enough to the same thing.) But once she graduated they wanted $30 a day for me to send her there, with me providing transportation, lunch, etc., just for her to make $2 an hour doing a job she hated. My son is 20 years old and has Fragile X Syndrome. He started Versability several years ago through the Newport News Public School system and it has been the best thing for him. As a parent of a low functioning child, all you want is for them to be happy and productive. He loves going to work. Versability worked with him, moved him around the different areas until they found the perfect fit. He has lost 20 pounds (which he needed) because he is not laying around doing nothing.
