Incompetent and terrible communication I honestly didn't think a straightforward cupboard install could go so wrong. We had issues literally every step of the installation process for our three door, floor to ceiling cupboards with Versa Robes. I won't list every issue here but the most major one was that the cupboard door runner was not anchored into the plaster ceiling and so all three heavy doors came crashing down- ripping a shelf out on the opposite wall and leaving a hole in our wall that Versa Robes only partially fix... read more
Worst experience ever. Please do not deal with this company. I had a job for garage storage cabinets, I worked with one of thier excellent designers on the design and drawings for more 3 weeks, after all done and deposit paid, NOTHING DELIVERED, they kept delaying the job and push it back a few weeks each time, last time they called me one day before the installation day and said the job is not ready. If I could give ZERO stars I would but I had to give 1. We chose Versa Robes because of their beautiful photography and clear marketing message about premium quality – but we received nothing of the sort. What was quoted as a two-day turnaround ended up dragging on for over three weeks, with multiple visits from two different salespeople, and the end result is terrible, unfinished work. Versa Robes did a great job of installing new sliding panelled wardrobe doors. They were very easy to deal with, professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
