It was just confirmed to me today, anyone named Collins, there word means less than nothing
Absolutely the most dysfunctional place I’ve witnessed! Horrible atmosphere inside and out, very high negativity within the shop! Human Resources is another problem, the lady can not assess and handle a situation in a professional manner, she is very disrespectful. PROMISE DATES- never expected to receive a placed order as a customer in a timely fashion!! 75-80% of the orders are late going out by weeks to even months… Overall if I could rate this place a flat 0 for Incompetence reasons I would!
