Dr Verre is one of the most caring Physicians I've met. I will not see another eye doctor. He diagnosed me from youth and has done everything he can to make sure that my eyesight is the best possible. Given that I have a very rare condition it is saying a lot. There was a previous post by someone stating that they were neglected by the staff. I can assure you that if that if Dr Verre had any knowledge of it it would have been taken care of. This was the worst doctor visit/eye care clinic experience I have ever had. I was booked as an urgent appt, the wait was over 2 hours, not once did any staff member come in to check up, advise how much longer it would be. I find it disheartening that its just fine to have a patient wait over 2 hours but if a patient showed up 2 hours late, they would be charged and turned away. Very uncaring, unwelcoming staff.
