Their appointment scheduling is horrible. Made an appointment and they didn't show up. Then they claimed that we did not confirm, while they did not send a confirmation request so we had nowhere to confirm. I would not have my property managed by them, how many potential tenants will you miss?
I have lived at one of their properties for two years and honestly it's been great. From showing the apartment to signing the contract to moving in was a breeze. The rental condo is awesome. Maintenance is great and quick to assist. Support is quick to answer questions and you can do everything through the management app. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
