Our experience with VerraTerra has been so bad that it might be funny if it wasn’t impacting our daily lives. For starters, VerraTerra did not conduct an inspection of our new residence until the day before we moved in. This resulted in an on-going saga of back and forth on a number of issues which remained unresolved for an entire month (and counting).
