Waitress Candy seems nice but needs a little work on her customer service skills. She didn’t seem to happy to be there ! I have been to Verrado grill many times and love it! The food is great! Environment is great ! I give a three after this visit due to the service we recieved ! My glass also had lip stick on it when it was brought out for my coffee and the waitress didn’t really address it or say sorry about it when I. requested a new cup and tried not to make it too big of a deal but it is kinda a big deal ! Trish & Eric are the best. Generally a bunch of regulars. Great view of sunsets as well. Live music on weekends.
Beautiful place
We have been coming here for at least 10 years, and this review is long overdue. All of the staff are wonderful and food and drinks are delicious. However, Eric deserves a special shoutout. He knows exactly how to make the perfect spicy dirty martini, his humor and kindness are a perfect blend and he truly makes you feel like you have been friends since childhood.
