I have lived here 9 months and any time i have had an issue with maintenance or office support (Anastasia/Javi ) my issues were handled in timely manner and the maintenance team is doing a great job.. The Verra North community is a nice place to live and i will be renewing my lease.
Stau away from here ..this place is a junk..and nasty..office people are so rude and inconsiderate, let's not talk about the late fees of $125 if your one day late.. maintance is horrible ..why can't we charge them 125 for take 46 days to repair my water leak.. this is a junk hole..stay away
