All payments made on time. Paid off the loan early to sell the car. "Lucy", supervisor in the Veros title department, promised to prepare a "Release of Lien" document within 7 to 10 days so that we could apply for title from DMV. It's been over a month now. Every time I call there's a different story. Today I was told that the problem was that I made an electronic payment and that they don't begin to work on title release for at least 30 days. Incredibly arrogant at their incompetence.
