This company is seriously the worst. I have never been treated so poorly. For years they violated TCPA by contacting me with their automated systems after I revoked my permission because they would call 5 to 6 times per day from day one of being late, even after they got a Right Party Contact. They misapplied a payment and that led to them repossesing my vehicle at 30 days late. They gave me extensions during the loan. They moved my due date AND added the cost to the final term. Terrible company! They reprocessed our car 2 days AFTER the minimum payment was made. They blamed the delay of them receiving our payment late on the fact that the mail is late. My kids literally couldn't go to school because they took our family car with no warning. They didn't even give us the option of a drop fee. If 0 stars was an option that's what I would choose! The absolute worst customer service that exists. Rude, refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and mocked my requests. I will either refinance or trade to get away from Veros.
This company does not deserve one star. I set up auto pay for my monthly payments. They claimed that the payments were returned for NSF. I not once received any information on this matter. I noticed I had extra money in my account so I reached out to Veros to see why they were not taking the payments. I was received a lot of calls from a ***area code saying it was Veros Credit and then the call hangs up. I tried calling Veros everyday for a week and could not get through. They will never see this review because they don't look up there b b b reviews at all. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I informed the customer service rep that this past month I have been out of work since I tested positive for covid. Asked if I could do a partial payment and he refused said my account is ****************************** full. Informed him I have not worked this past month and if u can make a partial he kept saying they can't do that and I must pay in full!!! They have no sympathy for people or what they are going through!!! WORSE PLACE EVER TO GET A LOAN WITH, NEVER AGAIN WILL WORK WITH VEROS CREDIT
Terrible. I have specifically requested they contact me with any issues. The are rude, disrespectful and do not respect my wishes. I make my payments every month. Never call me but my parents who have ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with my payments or my car. They call them every month harassing my parents requesting payments when payments have been issued. I will never ever recommend anyone do business with this company. I will be glad once I am done.
I was financed through veros credit mid July they required I put 5500.00 down on a 2013 ***** ******* in which I did my first payment was due august 16th I got really sick with covid early august and was down for about three to four weeks I called veros credit to explain to them that I didn’t have any income coming in but I could pay at least 200.00 dollars on the 26th of august they agreed and asked when could I make the remainder of the payment I explained I do so the following week the remainder was 190 with their late fe... read more
