Terribly inefficient call center associated with all of Inova Gastroenterology. Schedulers are inefficient and don’t have any context about their patients. I also found dr. Veronica to be standoffish and I did not like her bedside manner. I was told the earliest appointment for a simple check-in would take 4 to 6 months. I spoke with probably five different schedulers in the span of one month.
