Called inquiring about paperwork for my and got given a run around Veronica’s agent “rose” gave me a hard time and was very rude about the whole situation. waited until the week before the closing cost are due to tell me me the amount. This is seriously unprofessional behavior from a quote on quote 5 star company. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was a last place available!
Had a very tedious experience with probate. Karen was great to work with and very very patient with us. Her communication skills were prompt and concise. I knew exactly what to do. Our transportation was positively seamless. Don't hesitate to use this firm! Thanks so much Karen. We've been dealing with this mortgage nightmare for years.
