The APRN we saw this time and previously Yvette Brenan are the only reason we’re still with this practice. Overall pediatric associates is a disaster. They are unorganized rude and have no consistent process and Sara is not provided to the staff causing patients to constantly redo and repeat work when we’re only trying to help our sick children feel better. The organization needs an overhaul or the individual offices should go solo and dump the practice name. It’s across offices showing it’s a top down issue.
I’ve gone to many pediatric associates for my kids over the years and this one is my favorite! I love Dr Veronica, the front desk staff and medical assistants! They always treat us so well.
My experience was a very good one indeed.. Thank God fr this precise on point . I was impress new found place to visit.. thanks Doctors Nurses n staff for such great assistance.
